Slieve Rua Digital Media Solutions develops Web Sites using WordPress, an Open Source Content Management System and utilises additional open source features (Plugins) and scripts.  Each holds it’s own independent license and Slieve Rua Digital Media Solutions will not hold any liability for the performance or reliability of any such Plugin.

PLEASE NOTE:  All features have been, in so far as is possible, tested for compatibility and performance.  Some plugins are, however, theme dependant and in the event that Clients change theme, functionality may be affected.

For clients who wish to avail of faster turn around times on contract completion, Slieve Rua Digital Media Solutions offer two Service Retention Contracts.

PLAN 1: €100 per Month

• 7 Day Turn Around on New Contracts**

PLAN 2: €250 per Month

HOURS OF OPERATION

Slieve Rua Digital Media Solutions is a Sole Proprietorship owned by Shane O’Riordan. All work is carried out after 6pm GMT Monday – Saturday.

No work will be carried out and no correspondence will be entered into on Sunday’s, Catholic Religious Holidays.  In the event of personal holidays being taken, all existing clients will be notified in advance.

If you urgently require a new contract during these times our base rate of charge of €65 per hour will apply with an additional charge of  €30 per hour for outside hours assistance, irrespective of Service Retention Contract. Technical Support in relation to existing contracted work will still be honoured.

*  Slieve Rua Digital Media Solutions operates an hourly rate of €65 per hour.  For minor updates and upgrades for existing clients, a minimum charge period of 15 minutes applies.  Further increments of 15 minutes also apply.

For all other contracts Slieve Rua Digital Media Solutions operates a €65 per hour, or part of policy.

** Turnaround time is calculated from the time Slieve Rua Digital Media Solutions has received all Graphics, Textual or other supporting content required and necessary for the completion of contract.  Please refer to Terms of Service.

Extensive content formatting may take longer then 24 hours.
